ORDERS

If your order has not been shipped we can cancel it, please place an email to

info@montra.ch to proceed. If the order has been shipped we will not
be able to cancel it. We cannot make changes to any orders once they
have been placed. Please check that the item(s) in your cart are correct
before ordering. 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number – please use this to track your order. 

PRESETS

In the following video I will explain the entire process from ordering to using a preset. Included in the video is the procedure for the mobile and desktop (PC) versions.

RETURNS

The return shipping cost is non-refundable for all orders. If you
receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will, of course, refund the
return shipment costs so you can receive the correct item. Please note
that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU can not be
refunded.

We accept items that are unused in their original condition (unworn,
unwashed, undamaged, etc.). The item must have the safety tag on and
intact. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
For refunds the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. If you
would like to exchange an item we can provide a returns form for this
method. Please see our returns page for more information. If you receive
an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service team
immediately.

Please note that for returns pick a return option that you can track
in case of unexpected trouble along the way. We can’t refund your
returned item if we don’t receive it at our warehouse. Please make sure
the return option is not delivered to a service point.

Shipping withing Switzerland 3-7 working days.

7-14 working days
